This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The world is your oyster at Avista Point B! This oceanfront duplex rental is home to some of the most spectacular views that the beach has to offer! Plan to have a lovely stay filled with plenty of rest and relaxation as you soak in the rays and cherish a mug of coffee on the balcony. Stroll the beach and feel the waves crash at your feet while you breathe in the salty air.
The biggest advantage of staying at Avista Point B is its proximity to the ocean. Being able to walk out to the beach and have the waves right at your feet in a matter of steps is a luxury you will likely appreciate as guests of Avista Point B.
Avista Point B offers a washer and dryer in-unit for keeping your garments nice and fresh along with a total of flatscreen televisions. There’s also a lovely balcony to soak in the sun and watch the ocean waves sway back and forth.
North Myrtle Beach is home to championship golf courses and 1,000 restaurants! With that many options, we understand how it could be difficult to choose, but we’re sure you’ll be just fine.
