This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Gather your family around one for a movie night. Pop up the popcorn and serve up the drinks from the beautifully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. The two ovens and two dishwashers will be appreciated when preparing tasty meals for your guests. There is also a convenient washer and dryer for your use. For the master of the house, this rental boasts a grand oceanfront master bedroom with a stunning oceanfront view. Perhaps the most coveted space in the house is the oceanfront balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is an excellent spot to enjoy a glass of wine under the stars as you listen to the waves crash upon the shore.
Lily Pad is located directly on the beach in the tranquil Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. You and your guests are sure to spend a great deal of time basking in the South Carolina sun, building fun sand sculptures, and collecting a cornucopia of treasures along the water’s edge. When you have had enough of the salt and sand, rinse off in the outside shower then take a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool that can be heated April-May or September-October for a fee, or relax in the steamy hot tub. With all of these opulent amenities, you and your guests may never want to leave. But if you choose to venture out, you will not be disappointed in all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer. Great Place - The Lily Pad was everything we needed it to be. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We paid to have it heated (we did need to call to figure out how to heat it). Basically each bedroom could have its own bathroom (only 2 ensuites though). The view from the balcony is great! We would stay there again.
