This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Located in the Windy Hill area in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this house rental is excellent for a leisurely vacation to the beach. With various amenities, three bedrooms, two baths, a nice kitchen, and a spacious living area, Ocean Grove 402 has everything you need for a relaxing, rewarding escape to the beach.
The house is a short three-minute walk from the beach. It would be easy to pack a bag and spend the day on the sand. When you are ready for a swim, the outdoor community pool is large enough to swim laps in or relax, float around and enjoy the sunshine. The little ones will like splashing in the kiddie pool too. Relax in the bubbly hot tub after a long day of walking and sightseeing.
There are lots of things to see and do close by Ocean Grove 402. Enjoy golf courses, water sports, beautiful beaches, boat rides, biking, shopping, and dining at the local restaurants. This house is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to stay during your next family vacation to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

House was clean and everything worked as intended. AC struggles with the summer heat at first but once the house cooled it was fine
The beach was a perfect walk to gain access to the sand. The house was very nice and good for what we needed. Air Conditioning had a hard time keeping up with the JULY heat in the upper level rooms. The overall experience was nice. The neighborhood was very quiet I would describe this as a retirement development.
