This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Ready for some of that Carolina sunshine? Grab a suit and head to the beach to work on the latest best-seller or perfect tan. Make a splash in the coastal surf, pick up shells, or build a sandcastle. Staring out at the waves is always a source of inspiration - you may need to bring a sketchpad or a notepad to capture your beach memories.
Ocean Pearl has three bedrooms two full baths, stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer for your use. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the evening nights with grilling out or just having a great conversation with family or friends. There is even an balcony where you can see the ocean and you might even be able to hear it at night. Five flat screen TVs one in each bedroom and one in the living room and den. If you don't want to stay inside there are multiple shopping areas that include the Tanger Outlets, the Myrtle Beach Mall, and Barefoot Landing. See live animals of the land and sea at either Alligator Adventure or Ripley’s Aquarium.
