This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
A fun family reunion at the beach can be yours when you book Savage Sands, a North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina luxury rental house.
Savage Sands is a bright and cheerful three-story beach house with loads of character and charm. It is cheery yellow inside and outside, with laminate wood floors, granite counters and stainless appliances. With six bedrooms and five and one half baths, there is plenty of room for your large family.
Located a few rows from the beach near Ocean Drive, it is a short walk to the beach, but also close to the shops, restaurants and clubs. Hit the market for some fresh seafood to cook on the charcoal grill and buy whatever beach sundries you forgot to bring from home. It even has an elevator making it easy to take things to and from the house.
You will feel right at home in Savage Sands, with its spacious open floor plan, connecting the kitchen, dining room and living room areas. The home chef can prepare the meal and still be able to talk to others in the living room. There is seating at the breakfast bar so meals can be as casual as you like.
The rental house has flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players, WIF and a Wii gaming system, offering a variety of entertainment options for everyone. A second living room acts as a gaming room, with a full-size pool table and a bar area with a mini-fridge.
Three of the showers in Savage Sands are tiled and there is no carpeting in the rental house to worry about cleaning or keeping sand out of. Each bedroom is bright and spacious with plenty of privacy. A washer and dryer are provided to help simplify laundry.
Outside the house you will find a cornhole game, a sparkling swimming pool and a hut tub. Relax poolside on a lounger and soak up the sun or swim a few laps. Pack a bag and take a short walk to dip your toes in the ocean.

We loved this house , the size was perfect for a family of 15 , including 7 children ages 2-12 . The beach is walking distance from the house and close to many attractions. Our family had a perfect vacation! Would definitely rent again .
Hot tub was not working when we arrived but Elliott Realty came and fixed it right away. Beautiful stay.
We visited Myrtle Beach for a group golf trip and our accommodations were PERFECT!!! The house matches the listing to a T. All the amenities, the location, the space was perfect for our group!!
Our stay was really enjoyable. There were some issues with the spa but Elliot was on top of it and it was fixed and we really enjoyed it.

Nice big house was perfect for our 5 families. Short walk to the beach. Nice hot tub & pool.
This vacation rental was absolutely perfect for our extend family. It was perfect distance from the beach. We also rented a golf cart for the week to explore cherry grove. Our children loved the lights in the pool. We will be returning.
House is lovely, beautifully decorated. Well laid out. Proximity to beach was great. Quiet area.
