This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Step straight into an oceanfront vacation at Sea Aire II Duplex Down in Cherry Grove. This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping up to 16 guests. The oceanfront balcony provides a place to enjoy the coastal view, and the beach is right outside for easy access to sand and surf.
Guests can also use the shared outdoor swimming pool and game room with a pool table. An in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays, while an outside shower makes rinsing off after the beach simple. Each bedroom has two double beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for a large family or group. The property has parking for three vehicles and is pet-friendly with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. Its location also makes it easy to walk to Cherry Grove Pier. Gather your group and enjoy a classic oceanfront stay.

It is a very clean, well maintained, and updated duplex. The few minor hiccups we experienced were quickly resolved by the owner who left their personal number posted in the condo. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. We did not originally rent this duplex and were moved after the original rental we had paid for was faulty. This rental was our saving grace and kept our stay on track for a fun filled week. We are very thankful for Sea Aire and its ownership.
The house itself is nice. The location is great and the view is beautiful. It’s a bit outdated but overall decent.
