Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The backdrop at The Jamestown vacation rental home is the breathtakingly beautiful ocean where miles of wide sandy beach welcomes visitors to come explore North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Built with extreme classiness this nine-bedroom with nine full baths and two-half baths truly welcomes guests. Oceanfront is best when choosing your next vacation getaway and The Jamestown is just ideal for you and your family.
A touch of glam adds to the beauty of this vacation rental beach home. Decked out with flatscreen CCTVs you will be in awe! One CCTV happens to be a 65-inch flatscreen which is perfect for movies with your family. An inviting kitchen painted in relaxing colors boasts three refrigerators, two stoves and three dishwashers. This luxury rental has everything right at your fingertips for making meals, preparing snacks or meal preps for days at the beach. There is even an elevator and a washer and dryer at this beach rental home. Did we mention a hairdryer is provided for the guests in each bedroom? There is even central air, heat and free WIFI at this custom-built beach rental luxury house.
Engage daily in your workout plan while swimming laps in the sparkling outdoor pool. This pool is heated from March through September for a fee. This is the ideal area for the little ones to splash and play under the hot sunshine. There is also an outdoor hot tub which is wonderful for soothing sore muscles from beach day play. Enjoy the outside shower daily. Did we mention this house even has a pool table and game room? The kids will never be bored here.
The oceanfront balcony at The Jamestown is just spectacular. This large area welcomes lodgers to sit a spell and take in the natural feel of the beautiful nature that surrounds them in North Myrtle Beach. From the call of the loons to the rhythmic Atlantic Ocean waves striking the shore, you will truly fall in love with the lovely Cherry Grove area. The smell of the ocean, the salty ocean breeze and the moonlight walks spark memories to last forever.

Amazing house perfect for large families or groups. House was clean and in good repair. Excellent floor plan to enjoy common areas but large bedrooms as well. Walkway out to beach goes all the way out so no rough sand from dunes for someone to navigate if they have any issues getting around. Great pool and pool deck area for soaking up the sun. Looking forward to booking again next year.
My family and I stayed at The Jamestown for Christmas break. We had a family of 20, everyone enjoyed the place. The place clean and spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans and lot of glasses and dinnerware. We had family members that came from up north and they were over joy with the place. our check in was very easy and Elliott Reality was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.
