This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Watts at Last is a great beach house on the saltwater channel that is within walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean. Imagine staying in a private, waterfront house in Myrtle Beach for your next vacation and enjoying such close proximity to the beach that you and your kids can walk to where the ocean waves meet the sandy beach. When you vacation at Watts at Last, you are only blocks away from Waites Island Nature Preserve and playing in the crashing waves, surfing on a body board, combing the beach for gorgeous seashells and taking long walks beneath a full moon as it shines down on Myrtle Beach.
Watts at Last is a terrific retreat for families because of all the modern conveniences. Perched on stilts, Watts at Last features four spacious bedrooms and three-and-one-half convenient baths. There is covered parking on the ground level. This beach house has a full kitchen with dishwasher, a grill for hosting your own barbecues and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Outside Watts at Last, there is a dock on the channel. Go fishing. Cool off by sticking your feet in the water. Kayak or canoe from this starting point. Being channelside offers a whole new set of perks for your Myrtle Beach vacation. Watts at Last is nicely located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, which means there are many saltwater channels running between rows of homes. There is a great view of the channel and salt marsh. Championship golf, award-winning restaurants, waterfront shopping and family attractions are only minutes away from Watts at Last in Myrtle Beach.

The Watts at last house was everything as depicted in the picture and written about in the description. My friends and I had a very enjoyable time staying at this home. Suited our needs perfectly.
