This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
This beach house is spacious and accommodating. This Cherry Grove vacation rental house has four bedrooms and three baths. There is a swimming pool and hot tub at Wine Down to enjoy privacy and relaxation. This beach house vacation rental has it all, from a PlayStation gaming system and a ping pong table.
Wine Down has a well-equipped kitchen so that you can make yourself at home with the convenience of full-size appliances. Wifi access and a washer and dryer are some of the additional cozy touches at wine Down. Outside you will find a grill for fabulous cookouts under the North Myrtle Beach sky.
The beach is right down the street from this vacation rental and only takes a few minutes to walk. Play in the surf and sculpt sandcastles in the sand. Enjoy long walks and take it easy on the beach when you spend your North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina beach vacation at Wine Down.
North Myrtle Beach amusements and Myrtle Beach area attractions are nearby. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are all at Barefoot Landing, and outlet malls, live entertainment theatres, the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, and water sports are closely located to Wine Down.

Very nice house needs a few upgrades like the grill and outdoor shower but other than that it was great. Self heating pool nice hot tub. Nice to relax in the evening.
